Air Force Missions starts off easy with a simplistic tutorial in which you need to figure out how to control the plane, and once that is done you will find yourself pitted against a wide range of enemies. Enemies are either various types of aircraft, or even tanks and ground defense units, so you need to strategize carefully if you want to succeed, which is neat.
The goal of each missing is pretty much the same, and that is to destroy all the enemies that come in your face, no matter if they are submarines, an aircraft, arrangements and so on. It's important to know that despite the fact you can upgrade your plane get better skills, you are not invincible and your shield can only take a certain number of hits before you die and thus start the game again.
The game has multiple weapon types to choose from that range from machine guns to plasma guns and missiles and there is even a nuclear bomb I things get out of control. This clearly shows how diverse your arsenal is. Sure, it's limited and you need to refill your ammo cache quite often, but almost every enemy drops ammo so you will never find yourself short of that. Switching between various types of ammo is very fast and you are bound to appreciate the result.
You do have the opportunity to gain a large score as you play, score that can be added on the leaderboards and thus it will allow you to compete against your friends. Some items such as stars will occasionally appear in the game world and you need to grab them as they will provide you with the highest possible score.
Another impressive portion of Air Force Missions are the level bosses. These appear at the end of the level and, truth be told, they are some of the most diverse and unique bosses you can find right now. These bosses are spectacular, many of them are in fact quite large, and each one is different, so you always need to find new and exciting ways to tackle with them, something that you will appreciate for sure.
From start to finish, Air Force Missions is an action packed, heart pumping experience that will keep this particular feeling until the end. With around 5 difficulties and numerous levels to play, Air Force Missions offers you a ton of incentives to play, and you will like it for sure.
