Electronic Arts developed the game Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault using LithTech Jupiter, a first-person-shooter game engine with advanced graphics capabilities. Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault was released by EA in 2004 for Windows platform.

This demo brings us to a war zone called Lunga Point, or also named as Henderson Field, located in Guadalcanal, Solomon Islands, south Pacific. It happened in 1942 when the Empire of Japan built an airstrip in there to block the Allied path to Tokyo. Here player will play as Tommy Conlin. He is a part of the 1st marine division which has mission to attack and capture the island from Japanese imperial army.

Overall, there are six mission objectives in the demo, they in sequence are clearing the camp of enemies, rallying at flight office, helping pilots to their planes, eliminating banzai attack on runway, helping friendly fighters get airborne, and fending off aerial assault.
