In Neighbours from Hell, the player comes to make confusion on neighbor's house. The main player is called Woody which is a star of a new TV show. He is required to mess by doing tricks without getting caught by the neighbor. Each time the neighbor gets angry, more points are added to Woody's rating.

Move Woody from floor to floor and room to room. Find out how to make a mess, something that can increase the anger of the houseowner. It can be scrawling the painting, pouring soap on floor to make it slippery, polluting the toilet, etc. The game begins with few rooms at first, but it will increase as the level increases. The point is Woody must not get caught. He can hide in the wardrobe or move to another room or floor quickly before target finds him.
