If you ever watched the series of Pirates of the Caribbean movies, you will recognize the storyline of this game as it was made to follow the original story and still maintain some perspectives covering the environments and characters from the movie.

The main character of the game is an eccentric sailor and pirate named Captain Jack Sparrow. In the demo, he must escape from a prison fortress as soon as possible before dawn. There are many guards to pass so you will have to fight and defeat all enemies in order to get out of the prison and then head to the beach and board the Black Pearl.

You will find that there are certain barrels and crates that may contain useful items such as health and weapons. Use light attack or heavy attack to destroy them and grab the bonus. Some keyboard keys that will often be used include Shift key to block attacks from opponent, X and Z to perform light and heavy attack, A and D to change item selection from inventory, and Space key to use the selected item. Press Enter to interact with a sign or mark that's usually will bring you to the next plot.

Note:

• On first play, you will notice that the game's screen looks small. You can change it to fit your monitor screen size by accessing the Options menu. Set the resolution to 1024x768 or based on your monitor size.
