Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is an action - adventure game developed by Ubisoft and released in 2003, featuring the third-person view approach. Player will control a prince from Persia who has the dagger of time on his hand that can be used to rewind time a few seconds to the past if he makes a mistake, which is one of the uniqueness of this game and the advantage for player.

The main antagonist of the Prince is Vizier. He will release the sands of time which results in the whole palace turning into monsters. These monsters can be eliminated by the dagger of time that the prince has. In addition to struggle to get the dagger and battle against monsters, the prince will also be faced with various traps such as spinning spiked poles, arrow traps, wall-mounted blades and saws, etc.

Controls:

• W, A, S, D = Move forward, left, backward, right.
• Shift = Walk/Run mode.
• Spacebar = Jump.
• Mouse Left Click = Sword attack.
• Mouse Right Click = Special action (run on the wall, drink water, swing on bar).
• E = Use dagger.
• C = Cancel / Drop / Go down the ledge / Put sword back.
• R = Rewind time.
• F = Camera look.
• Q = Alternate view.
• X = Reset camera.
