The Black Heart is a 1vs1 duel-action game between gothic creatures. There are six characters that can be played including Peketo, Noroko, Hashi, Animus, Ananzi, and Shar-Makai. They are original characters made by a game developer named Andres Borghi.

Each character has their own story. You can see it in more detail inside the Story section from the main menu.

The controls used are quite simple, they are including the arrow keys to move / jump / block, A and S to punch, and Z and X to kick. The combination of movements and punch/kick can produce special attacks for each character. You can see the list of those combination by pressing View Movelist button or by running the movelist.htm file inside the game folder.
